ChemServe’s story began with a complex tanker-related case. A manager at Dow Chemicals brought a seasoned CDI inspector and tank cleaning expert into the project. They solved the challenge together and quickly realised that they shared the same approach: practical, thorough and focused on making things work. Seeing how well their experience complemented each other, they later founded ChemServe to make reliable tank cleaning knowledge accessible to every crew.
The idea that became MIRACLE.
MIRACLE started as a database for cleaning procedures and cargo properties. Today, MIRACLE brings everything together in one platform: cargo, regulatory and operational data, detailed procedures, automated tank cleaning plans, expert-led training and the Tank Cleaning Compendium for self-study and day-to-day reference.
