With the background of an accredited CDI Inspector and a former Logistics and Vetting Manager of a multinational chemical company we started our activities as 3rd party provider of vetting services.
For one of our customers we developed years ago a database as a repository for vetting inspection reports. This has been further developed to the 3D (Defects and Deficiencies Database). 3D is a tailor made tool that allows ship operators to track and improve the QSE performance of their fleet.
The demand for a good tank cleaning guide and our experience in chemical engineering, operation of chemical tankers and database architecture resulted in the development of the MIRACLE tank cleaning database. MIRACLE provides recipes and detailed information for cargo tank cleaning.
